Who operates this learning hub?
LearnLab is published by Excel Keys. This policy covers the learning hub and its browser-generated certificates. For the wider ExcelKeys.in website, also read the Excel Keys privacy policy. Questions can be sent to info@excelkeys.in.
Progress and preferences on your device
The application stores completed lesson counts, completion dates, your learning language, your learning goal and up to 60 recent learning dates in your browser local storage. A separate local preference remembers whether you paused animations. There is no learner account, automatic cross-device sync or server-side learning-profile database in this build. Browser data can be cleared or evicted; use Export progress if you want a copy.
Your name and certificate
You enter a name when creating a certificate. It stays in the current page’s memory and is drawn on your device. The application does not upload that name, put it in a URL, or include it in exported progress backups. The certificate PNG/PDF contains your name; saving or sharing that file is your choice. Certificate names are cleared from module memory when the page exits. The completion date is part of the browser progress record and can appear in its backup. Older progress without a date asks you to confirm a completion date.
Temporary practice
Code drafts, Python execution and the sample SQL database are handled in browser memory. Practice resets on reload, page exit or after 15 idle minutes. Moving between practice views discards running workers and temporary SQL changes. The app does not upload your practice code or database. Code you write may make network requests where the browser permits it; do not enter secrets or sensitive information.
Files, runtime downloads and ordinary network data
Lesson files, fonts, images and the SQLite engine are served by the host. Python loads Pyodide and supported packages from jsDelivr when you run Python. Ordinary network requests can expose information such as IP address, browser details, request time and the requested resource to the host or CDN. The host may maintain technical/security logs under its own retention policy. LearnLab does not specify or control that host-level log retention.
Social links and communications
Follow buttons are plain links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Pinterest; this build does not embed social tracking widgets. Opening a link takes you to that platform, which handles information under its own policies. Following is optional and never a condition of learning or downloading a certificate. Email/contact messages are handled by the selected mail or communication service; include only information needed for your request.
Advertising, analytics and Google services
LearnLab pages may load Google Analytics or Google AdSense code when Excel Keys turns these services on for its website. Advertising is never placed inside the learning app, lesson answers, Run buttons, the final test or certificates. Sponsored lessons or collaborations, if any, are labelled as described on the Partner with us page. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to personalise ads. Users can manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center and the options offered by the relevant vendor. The operator must update the actual vendor disclosures and provide required consent choices before applicable advertising starts. These policy words do not themselves enable consent collection or constitute AdSense approval.
Your choices and retention
Reset a course to start its progress again; use your browser site-data controls to remove all local records and offline caches. Exported progress and downloaded certificates remain in the location where you saved them until you delete those files. No server certificate registry is provided. To ask about information you voluntarily sent to Excel Keys, email info@excelkeys.in. Legal rights and exceptions depend on the applicable rules; this policy does not remove them.
Policy changes
The published update date changes when the policy is substantively revised. Revisit this page when new features or advertising are introduced. Learners should avoid sending personal details about other people, including children, in sample code or correction reports.
